How long before I receive it.

Generally allow 3-6 weeks as they are made to order. Always ask as we may have some in stock.
Do I need a forklift?

You may need a forklift or a front loader to remove and it will need to have a telescopic reach. If hiring you will have various notice periods of delivery to prepare.
Do you have a smaller version?

We will be introducing a single bale half sized option soon to the range
What about storms?

In the case of a storm forecast we advise that you move to a more sheltered location or take it in. The ground fixings will help to secure it somewhat. 360Equine is not resposible for the unit once on your property. You are resposible for the safety on your premises.
What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, once these units go into production there is no returning as they are made to order, so make sure you have double checked all aspects of your order with us. You can be assured that we will do everything we possible can make your order to your satisfaction.
