Risk of Loss
All items purchased from 360 Equine are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
360 Equine and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, 360 Equine does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by 360 Equine itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Limitation of Warranty - Products
Buyer understands and holds harmless or responsible suppliers/producers/manufacturers of products on this site and 360 Equine and its representatives for any possible contamination of said product due to storage, stable management and medication management practices of their own.
In no event shall 360Equine or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of it’s products.
No guarantees are given or implied to the product efficiency, product performance and production or its improvement.
360 Equine employees or representatives, ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS, DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, and shall not be relied upon by buyer, and is not part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a 360 Equine product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, 360 Equine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 360 Equine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, 360 Equine shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by 360 Equine without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of 360 Equine products) shall be in the courts located in The Republic of Ireland. Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a 360 Equine or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
