Initial discussions on the requirements, size, functionality, materials and installation
Finalise and agree on your floor plan, interior stable designs and functionality.
A minimum of 50% payment is required to begin the manufacturing process of your building
At this point the technicians will produce the final drawings and specs and the fabrication process begins at the factory
When the unit is complete and ready for transport the balance of payment and delivery payment is required to release your unit for transport
Transportation to site, you will need a teleporter and operator on site to remove from truck. You will received notice of expected delivery day and arrival time to within a two hour window.

The standard stable size is 3.5m x 3.5m with 2.2m high partitions. The wall panels are generally 2.4m high to eves with apex 3m -3.5m. Larger units of 10 horses plus may be higher depending on ventilation requirements.
For barn A frame types we use a curved plexi clear panel down the centre letting in light. This also extends over the roof apex and allows for air flow. You can also add windows to each box. Additional air intake just under the eves and protected from rain.
Standard are 3m, 3.5m & 4m. However we do produce to customised sizes. Heights vary from 2m, 2.25m to 2.4m. Doors are generally 1.2m wide.
Pillars and trussing from 100mm to 150mm box. 50mm box steel elsewhere . Hot dipped galvanised. Bolts to the concrete and connects internally.
Standard pine, hardwood, bamboo and recycled composite plastic. The plastic infill is available in black, dark brown and grey. All infill is 32mm infill.

You can use a local builder with a 360Equine representative or 360Equine can provide the team to install. You may need some lifting equipment hire such as a teleporter, boom lift or scissors lift.
Generally a 2-3 person team...depending on size of unit. Discuss with builder. 360 will be more than happy to meet with your builder to discuss the installation.

Quality tools will assit the unit going up faster.
Make sure to secure your team well in advance of delivery and start of project.
We do not provide the base. We recomend a 35Nm concrete slab with drainage. Slab should be minimum 150mm, but your local provider can advise here.

No. These are items that you can source locally and have fitted easily.
Depending on size allow 6 to 12 weeks from payment to delivery.
You will need a forklift or a front loader to remove from truck and it will need to have a telescopic reach. If hiring you will have various notice periods of delivery to prepare. You will also need a forklift and possiblly a platform riser for some of the stages of installation.
Unfortunately, once these units go into production there is no returning as they are made to order, so make sure you have double checked all aspects of your order with us. You can be assured that we will do everything we possible can to make your order to your satisfaction.
