  • What about installation?

    All units are sold on a self install basis as this is generally the most economical way to do it. However we will provide guidance and support where needed. 

  • What about foundations?

    Always try use a level surface although the scales has adjustable feet the Steel frame does not.

  • How long before I receive it.

    Generally allow 3-6 weeks as they are made to order. Always ask as we may have some in stock.

  • Do I need a forklift?

    You may need a forklift or a front loader to remove and it will need to have a telescopic reach. If hiring you will have various notice periods of delivery to prepare.

  • What is your return policy?

    Unfortunately, once these units go into production there is no returning as they are made to order, so make sure you have double checked all aspects of your order with us. You can be assured that we will do everything we possible can make your order to your satisfaction.

  • Do you finance this item?

    We have a number of finacial providers but these are B2B only. You must be in business 18months and VAT registered. This facility is provided through a broker and not 360Euine direct. Your information is handled by the broker and not seen by 360Equine.
