Shipping Policy
Please make sure that when you select a product for purchase that it ships to your country by checking under the product name on the Site or the Store.
In the event that you complete and order with a product included that doesn't ship to your territory, we will deduct that product and cost from your order before capturing payment on our system and you will receive an email or be notified by a note on the order in your account.
 
IRELAND
We offer you the choice of DHL Express to your address. Average delivery time from 1 to 2 working days. 
For all orders over €169.99 we offer free shipping. However this may not apply to items such as Stables and Machinery.
Orders placed after 3pm, will ship out the following working day. Signatures may be required and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.
 
Please note that some products may take up to 7 days. This is indicated under the product's title on the product's page.

Weekends and public holidays can prolong shipping and delivery.
During holiday periods, transport can be disrupted and shipping times prolonged.
Order payments by cheque and by bank transfer require more time to process. Your order will be shipped when payment to our bank account has cleared.
 
Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an email which informs you that the order has left us. You can expect this dispatch email to reach you up to 24 hours after placing your order.
 
Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm and a signature may be required on receipt. You will receive a text or email from our carrier to give you a notification for delivery – this will happen on the morning of your delivery day. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order
 
When completing your order you have an option to add any special message or instructions. For example..."Please deliver after 2pm any weekday".
 
UK and Northern Ireland
We offer you the choice of DHL Express to your address. Rartes vary on weight but generally between €9 and €15.
For all orders over €199.99 we offer free shipping. However this may not apply to items such as Stables and Machinery.
You can expect to receive your goods within 2-3 working days of order placement if you order before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will ship out the following working day, Signatures are generally required and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.
